Public Open Space​ planning on Abu Bassel Street and planning a connection between a new building and Jaffa Street.

The project is a 730 square meter gross building, which will serve the surrounding area, mainly families with children of different ages. Around the planned area there are existing residential buildings, to the south of it a new residential building will be built, totaling about 50 units. The playground was designed in a way that meets the needs of the users, and contains various play facilities, seating areas, a lawn and a pergola.
