Planning the Public Open Space of a neighborhood in the Yeshuv of Smia, which includes a large park, residential buildings and educational complexes.
The neighborhood is located in a steep topographical area, and is a planning challenge for preserving nature and landscape values, and integrating them into the plan as much as possible.
